Russia antitrust starts case against Metro, Azbuka Vkusa, Miratorg
MOSCOW, Sep 9 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has started a case against retailers Metro Cash & Carry, Azbuka Vkusa and meat producer Miratorg, the ruler said in a statement on Friday.
The retailers have failed to provide information about the terms of choosing a supplier and the core terms of the supply contracts, the watchdog said.
The fine is envisaged at 300,000–500,000 rubles for organizations and 20,000–40,000 rubles for individuals.
